These terms cover the PocketGPU app, the agent you install on your machines, and our push and relay services.
The software
The agent is open source under the MIT and Apache 2.0 licenses, which govern your use of its code. The app is provided under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from.
Your machines, your responsibility
PocketGPU lets a paired phone see and control the machines you install the agent on. Install it only on machines you are allowed to manage. You decide which phones to pair and what each may do; anything a paired phone runs, it runs as you.
Pro
Pro is a subscription or a one-time purchase, billed by the App Store, Google Play or Polar. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in the store or account where you bought them. Refunds follow that store’s rules.
Our services
We run the push server and the relays as well as we can, but we cannot promise they are always available or that every notification arrives. Do not rely on PocketGPU as your only alarm for anything critical.
Fair use
Do not use the relays or push server to attack, overload or abuse them or anyone else. We may block access that does.
Liability
PocketGPU is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost compute time or other damage from using it, including commands you run or processes you stop from your phone.
