command line / pgpu run

pgpu run

Wrap any command so your phone knows when it ends. Output and the exit code pass straight through, so it works in scripts and cron jobs unchanged.

$ pgpu run [--name NAME] [--no-alert] -- <command>

Example

$ pgpu run -- python train.py --epochs 20
▶ Job 12 "train.py" started · watched by 1 device
  epoch  1/20 · loss 1.84
  …
  epoch 20/20 · loss 0.21
✓ Job 12 finished in 2h 14m (exit 0) · notified iPhone 16

Options

--name NAME

Name shown on the phone. Defaults to the script name.

--no-alert

Track the job without sending a push.

--json

Print the job ID as JSON, for scripts.

If the agent isn’t running

Your command still runs and its exit code is unchanged; you just don’t get the alert.
